A game of basketball is played with two balls. Digital manipulation transforms the video documentation into an abstract movement or visual echo. Hebrew text and English translation further layer the absurd game. Instead of the standard situation wherein the rules are known in advance by all and function in such a way that the spectator can identify them, here the same set of rules is presented to the viewer against the background of a different philosophical notion: there is no single purpose... Tzaig's work sharpens the question of, not whether or not people can be "different, but why people give up on, or surrender, the possibility of thinking differently."
